Capture submission open!

I've created the capture file submission for you guys (about time).
There is now a link in the toolbar which will show you all of your captures and a form for submitting captures. You are able to submit a bunch at once by dragging and dropping or selecting.
Note: this server is limited in HDD space, so try not to upload massive captures (>50MB) for now. Give it a shot, but you will either timeout or reach the server POST/upload limit.
If anything is broken or you have trouble uploading, let me know down below.

You can only upload files at this time. You won't be able to delete captures or view capture descriptions. I'll add those features, if and when they are needed.

Looking forward to seeing who captured for the longest time and had the most records captured!

The thing is bugged and won't allow me successfully upload things. It says I'm not logged in when I know I am.

Okay it's fixed now. Upload away.

I was testing with my regular account and I happened to be added to a group that could submit. Removed that requirement.
